Order Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting us via email at [email protected].
Cancellation requests received after this time frame may not be guaranteed, as orders begin processing shortly after placement.
Refund Processing for Canceled Orders
If your order is successfully canceled, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Once a return or cancellation is approved and processed, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
I Have Not Received My Order Yet. Can I Cancel It?
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
However, eligible items may still be returned in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy after delivery. If you need assistance with a return or shipment issue, please contact us as soon as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, cancellation or modification will be handled on a case-by-case basis:
- If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address without canceling the order
- If the order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it, and delivery will proceed to the address provided
